Education Employees Foundation announces 1000 scholarships (202 scholarships for each class) for the children of Education Department employees, ranging from SSC to Degree Classes.
Scholarships are awarded to students enrolled in Matric, FA/F.Sc, Poly Technical Institutes, D.Com, and Degree classes at government or privately recognized institutions.
Every year, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Employees Foundation awards merit-based scholarships to the children of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Employees enrolled in SSC, HSSC, and Bachelor Classes, under the provisions of the Education Employee Foundation Act 2018 and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
The Foundation has set the 15/01/2024 deadline for the receipt of scholarship application forms again this year.
Employees in the field of education can submit their application form to the office directly or through the authorized channels, fully attested by the relevant authorities listed on the application form, together with photocopies of needed papers, by January 15, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for EEF Scholarship
The following are the terms and conditions for the award of EEF Scholarships:
- Interested students must apply for the prize using the specified Form, which may be acquired from the Foundation’s office.
- Children of Education Department personnel, including retired staff, enrolled in any stream of the following levels at any Government or private accredited school/college/institution in Pakistan may apply for this facility.

- Merit Scholarships in Class 10th will be granted based on merit standings in 9th, Intermediate or equivalent (P-I) based on SSC and Degree (P-I) based on Intermediate BISE’s/BTE/ Exam.
- Following the announcement of public examination results at various levels, advertising for the award of scholarships will be published in major/local media. All Directorates of Education, Executive District Officers (E&SE), and Agency Education Officers will be notified side by side for the information of the Province’s Education Employees. The application forms will then be distributed to schools/colleges/institutions and made available via e-mail.
- The Foundation will notify the recipients and distribute the list to the relevant offices/institutions.
- Scholarship checks will be sent to the heads of the institutions for onward payment to the students on the condition that an appropriate receipt is provided to the Foundation office.
- If a student loses his or her scholarship for whatever reason, it will be granted to the next student based on merit.
- If the number of scholarship applications submitted by any gender falls below the required quota, the facility will be switched to the other gender in the same district.
