IBA Karachi is Pakistan’s top institution for management sciences and associated degrees. IBA Karachi and Ihsan Trust have jointly supported the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP).
Students from all around Pakistan are chosen for admission to IBA’s BBA and BS degree programs. The IBA National Talent Hunt Program is open to students from all around Pakistan.
Applications for the IBA National Talent Hunt program must be filed by February 25, 2024, at the latest. The evaluation test will take place on March 17, 2024.
Students who scored a minimum of 70% in their matric exams in 2023 and also participated in their HSSC-I (first year) examinations in 2024, or those who appeared in their Inter exams in 2023, are eligible to apply for the IBA talent hunt program.
Scholarships are available for the BBA, BS Computer Science, BS Accounting and Finance, BS Economics and Mathematics, and BS Social Science & Liberal Arts Bachelor’s degree programs at IBA Karachi

Who can apply for the IBA National Talent Hunt Program Scholarship?
Students who received 70% or above in Matric or HSSC-I examinations administered by the Board of Intermediate Education of Pakistan in 20203 /2021 will sit for HSSC Level-II examinations in 2024.

How to Apply for the IBA National Talent Hunt Program
There are two methods to apply for the NTHP program. You may apply using any of the techniques that suit you best.

Online Method (Preferred and Strongly Recommended)
Students who match the criteria listed below are eligible to apply to the National Talent Hunt Program by completing the Online Application form on our website, http://talenthunt.iba.edu.pk.

Manual Form Submission
Selected applicants would be called to IBA Karachi for a two-month training session in preparation for admission to BBA and BS degree programs.
Selected students for the orientation training program will get free instruction, lodging, a stipend, and study materials.
During orientation, you will get training in Grammar and Composition, Mathematics, and Communication and Presentation in English
The orientation training will be led by IBA teachers, mentors, and other trainers who have shown their expertise in their respective professions.
Following completion of orientation training, all trainees will be required to take the IBA aptitude exam for BBA/BS degree programs.
Those selected on merit and offered admission into BBA, BS (Accounting & Finance), BS (Social Sciences & Liberal Arts), BS (Computer Sciences) and BS (Economics & Mathematics), BS (Economics) degree programs will be considered for up to 100% scholarship or arrangements of Qarz-e-Hasna against tuition fees & other facilities depending upon the need assessment of the student for the mentioned 4-year degree programs on the recommendation of IBA – Financial Aid Committee. IBA-IT NTHP does not cover the summer semester.
Students enrolled in the IBA-IT NTHP program must maintain a CGPA of 2.5 or above to continue receiving services. If their grades fall below this level, they will be placed on probation until another chance to raise their grades in the next semester occurs.
If they do not improve their grades, the supplied facilities may be withheld/withdrawn on a case-by-case basis.
