In-Service Departmental Promotions in District Sheikhupura
The District Education Authority (DEA) in District Sheikhupura has declared the promotion of the employees currently in basic pay scale 01 to 08. They are eligible to apply for junior clerks in basic Pay scale 11. According to the rules, only 20% of employees are eligible for this promotion. Employees working under the District Sheikhupura Education Authority can apply for this promotional opportunity.

To apply candidates need to have the following documents:
- Academic Certificates
- Result Cards, Degrees, and Transcripts
- No Inquiry Certificates
- No Punishment Certificates
- No Demand Certificates
- Service Certificates
- ACR of the whole service from recruitment to 2022
- Appointment orders
- Regular orders
- First joining report
- CNNIC
- Domicile Certificate or
- Service book along with application on plain paper.
Aspirant candidates must submit a complete application file to the District Education Officer Secondary Sheikhupura through a proper channel before the last date.
Computer Literacy Test (Typing Proficiency Test):
Computer typing and proficiency tests will also conducted by the relevant authorities on September 23, 2023, at 10 AM. The test center will be Khadija Tul Kubra Girls High School in Sheikhupura. Candidates arriving late will not be entertained. Candidates must present original documents at the time of the interview.
Eligibility Requirement for In-Service Departmental Promotion:
Aspirant Candidates must have the below-mentioned documents to apply for departmental promotion.
- All candidates must have a Matric certificate.
- The typing speed of the candidates must be a minimum of 25 words per minute. He / She must have knowledge about other software.
- Applicants must have served the department for a span of three years
- Applications arriving after the due date will not be considered for the promotion
