The Pakistan Army has lately declared that all ladies who want to join the army as Commissioned Officers are invited to apply for these LCC postings.

Depending on your interests, the Lady Cadet Course offers a variety of subjects. This role is for you if you want to join the Pakistan Army as a straight captain after completing a brief course. Simply follow the instructions and apply appropriately.

Only women are eligible to apply for LCC 2024. The Pakistan Army announces the Technical Cadet Course and the PMA Long Course each year.

Eligibility Criteria:

The following are the qualifying conditions for entering the Pakistan Army through the Lady Cadet Course:

  • Only females are eligible to register.
  • Priority will be given to M.Phil/MS degrees.
  • Throughout the academic career, there was no Third Division or Grade D and only one Second Division or Grade C.
  • Only graduates of HEC/PEC-approved universities may apply.
  • Candidates with a private education are ineligible.
  • Candidates of foreign nationality are encouraged to apply. Following selection, they must give up their foreign nationality.
  • The minimum height requirement is 5 feet 15 cm.
  • The minimal physical and medical qualifications must be met by an applicant.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a scale of 4, or 60% on an annual basis.

Documentation:

On the day of the exam, applicants must present the following documents:

  • Original documents must be accompanied by verified photocopies. (Degrees/Certificates)
  • Serving applicants must present a letter of authorization from the appropriate department.
  • Photocopies of national identification cards and proof of residency.
  • 6X passport-sized photos attested on front and rear.
  • A crossed postal order for Rs. 100.00 should be addressed to the Director-General Personnel Administration (DGPA), General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi.
  • Candidates must provide their degrees that have been fully authenticated by HEC/PEC.
  • Application Forms for Endorsement: Applicants must ensure that all needed information is endorsed in the proper paragraphs, columns, and so on of the Army Selection and Recruitment Center application form.

Test Pattern/Schedule

The pattern and prerequisites for the woman cadet course examination are as follows:

Intelligence Exam:

The intelligence exam is designed to assess a candidate’s problem-solving abilities in order to determine if he passes the minimal Intelligence level. The PMA IQ test is performed using a computer. The introductory test of the Lady Cadet Course requires computer literacy.

  • Number and character series, odd one-out, and comparison questions emerged in intelligence tests to measure a candidate’s problem-solving ability. In the verbal intelligence exam, candidates must answer 65 questions in 30 minutes.
  • Diagrams, shapes, and riddles are given in a nonverbal intelligence exam, and you must choose the best answer. It is less demanding than a test of verbal intelligence. In the nonverbal intelligence exam, candidates must answer 75 questions in 35 minutes.

Physical Examination:

The medical examination for the Lady Cadet Course is given at the local army base. These tests are given during a physical examination. Candidates must run 1.4 kilometers in 14 minutes for the physical examination.

Medical Examination:

LCC applicants must be at least 5 feet (152.4 cm) tall, according to the Pakistan Army. The BMI (Body Mass Index) chart will be used to calculate the weight.

The initial exam, which includes a physical examination, will be administered by the Army Selection and Recruitment Center.

Candidates chosen by the Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB) would be subjected to extensive medical exams at adjacent Combined Military Hospitals (CMH).

Candidates will be recommended by the Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB) for an interview with the General Headquarters (GHQ) Selection Board in Rawalpindi. The ultimate decision will be made by General Headquarters (GHQ) based on the candidate’s overall performance.

Preliminary Interview:

Candidates get their initial interview documents on the same day as their physical test. The Brigadier of the National Security and War Course (NSWC) will conduct preliminary interviews for the Lady Cadet Course. The majority of the questions are for general knowledge and introductions.

To pass the initial interview, one must show confidence and attentiveness. Applicants must submit ISSB forms after clearing the PMA first interview. They are known as ISSB tests after 1-2 months.
