Expected Increase in Petrol Price in Pakistan: Check New Rates

In light of global oil price trends, Petrol price in Pakistan are expected to increase from the 1st March.

After electricity, there is also a plan to increase the prices of petroleum products. Preparations have been made to increase the prices of petroleum products from March 1.

Petrol is likely to be expensive by Rs 4 and a half while diesel is likely to be Rs 2.50 paise per litre. Kerosene may cost Rs 2.92 paise per liter Light diesel oil prices are likely to remain unchanged.

The price of crude oil in the Brent oil market is 82 dollars 52 cents per barrel. OGRA will send the summary of petroleum products to the Ministry of Petroleum on February 29.

The Finance Minister will announce the prices after consultation with the Prime Minister. The prices of petroleum products will be applicable from March 1 to 15.
