Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Branch Customers/Walk-In Customers/Prospective Customers receive efficient and friendly service.
- Help counter workers achieve low transaction TAT.
- Customer traffic on the Branch Floor is effectively managed.
- Supporting adequate branch premises upkeep in terms of appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene, among other things.
- Help the Branch get the day started right.
- Ensure all operational forms/slips/formats are easily accessible to consumers.
- After reviewing all service criteria, complete the Branch Floor Checklist.
The aspiring candidates should have Customer Service, Time Management, and Communication Skills, to meet all responsibilities and duties assigned to him/her.
