According to the media reports, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has withdrawn its appeal for an electoral BAT symbol from the Supreme Court.
A three-member court led by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, and Justice Musrat Hilali heard the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s case for the reinstatement of the bat emblem.
Barrister Gohar of the PTI appeared in court.
When the PTI withdrew the petition, the Supreme Court rejected it.
On the other side, the Peshawar High Court is hearing a lawsuit connected to the PTI intra-party election and the bat poll symbol.

It should be mentioned that the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf petitioned the Supreme Court in response to the Peshawar High Court divisional bench’s decision to nullify the PTI intra-party elections, stripping it of its electoral symbol bat.
The PTI appealed the divisional bench’s ruling to the PHC once more.

Meanwhile, speaking to the media in Islamabad, PTI founder member Akbar S Babar, who filed a case against the PTI intra-party elections with the Election Commission, stated that the ECP has entire jurisdiction over political organizations.
He stated that there is legislation in our neighboring nation that prohibits judges from interfering with the functioning of the Election Commission.
According to Babar, petitions against the Election Commission are being filed in High Courts.
He said that PTI leaders’ rights had been violated.
He believed that the PTI’s elections in the closed room were utterly fabricated. We intended to present all of the evidence at the Peshawar High Court, but we were denied, he continued.
He said that the PTI’s intra-party elections violated the Election Act.
