The AJK government has announced AJK state talent Scholarships for students. Students enrolled in any government or private educational establishment in AJK who took the 2023 annual examinations can apply for the award. All scholarships will be given solely based on merit.
Students enrolled in public, semi-public, or private universities can apply for the AJK State Talent scholarship. Students at all levels, including primary, middle, secondary, Inter, BS, MA MSc, MPhil, and Ph.D., are eligible to apply. The scholarship application deadline is February 28, 2024.

Who can Apply for the AJK State Talent Scholarships?
- Students who took the 2023 examinations
- Exam percentages necessary for various classes
- Primary, Middle, or Elementary School 2023 90% marks
- Matriculation Exams 85% marks
- 80% in Inter Board Exams
- 70% for a BA/BSc, MA/MSc, MSc, or Ph.D.
- Students enrolled in the program must achieve a minimum of 60% on their examinations for the scholarship to be maintained.
- Those who provide misleading/false information will have their degrees/certificates seized.
- Only normal candidates may apply for the scholarship.
- Government employees, students participating in weekend classes, distance learning, and private candidates are not eligible to apply.
- Students must submit the result cards together with the certified application form.
- Students enrolling in professional courses must submit the results of two semesters
How to apply for the AJK State Talent Scholarships
- Deposit PKR 100/- to account number 0109000232321573, United Bank, Chhattar, 2 Mile Branch, Muzaffarabad. The deposit receipt should be included in the application form.
- Attested application forms will be received through the institute’s head, along with a cover letter from the institute’s head.
- The application form must include copies of the state’s Certificate of Citizenship Class-I, a passport-size photograph, the result card, and the CNIC or B-form.
- The application form must be received by Post by February 28, 2024.
- Completed applications, together with the recommendation of the institute’s head, should be sent to Secretariat Higher Education, Block-10, Secretariat Complex, Chhattar 2 Mile, Muzaffarabad, on or before the deadline. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
