Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC) has formally licensed the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree program presented by Pir Mehar Ali Shah-Arid University Rawalpindi (PMAS-AAUR). This comes along with the presentation of the postgraduate program inside the University.
The choice was made by the PVMC Executive Committee, which followed up on proposals by its Accreditation and Equivalence (A&E) Board of Trustees. The advisory group individuals directed an appraisal of the Animal Science Department of the university to assess the facilities and scholarly principles.
With this authorization, the faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at PMAS-AAUR has achieved permanent acknowledgment for its DVM degree program. Also, the University is presently set to offer DVM evening classes and postgraduate programs in specific fields.
These incorporate Clinical Studies, Parasitology and Microbial science, Veterinary Pathology, Animal Breeding and Genetics, as well as Livestock Production and Management.
