Balochistan Educational Endowment Fund BEEF has announced 145000 scholarships for students enrolled in Matric, DAE, Inter, BS, MBBS, MA MSc, and MS courses. Balochistan government providing financial assistance to the talented and hardworking students of the province.
BEEF partially financed scholarships are Provincial Open Merit Scholarships (POMS/DOMS), Institutional Open Merit Scholarships (IOMS) and Special quota open merit scholarships are also available.
Students enrolled at Balochistan-based educational institutions may apply for the BEEF Partially Funded Scholarship. The selection will be based on pure merit and deserving students will get the opportunity for higher education on scholarship.
To ensure that all the regions of Balochistan get equal representation, a quota system has been implemented and equally distributed seats among districts according to their demand.
Scholarship Distribution
It is important to note that BEEF provided maximum opportunities to students in each district of Balochistan; thus, slot allocation is based on soft data collected from the BBISE/FBISE result gazette, with 40 scholarships reserved for each district except Quetta, which was allocated 70 scholarships due to overcrowding and a large number of educational institutions, thus covering all 32 districts, which has been increased to 34 districts.
Similarly, 25 scholarships have been designated for each subject/discipline in the BS/Professional degree programs.
Who Can Apply for BEEF Scholarships
- Minimum 60% in previous examinations or 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA
- A minimum of 45% or 2.5 GPA out of 4.0 is necessary for a Special Quota Scholarship for the most vulnerable Individual
- Students must be enrolled in a full-time institution as normal students.
- Marks/Division improvers, those who have failed the subject, and those passing with grace marks are not eligible to apply for the BEEF scholarship.
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for BEEF Scholarships.
- Applicants who are currently receiving another scholarship are also ineligible.
A single form has been prepared for all scholarship categories to facilitate students in the beef scholarship procedures. However, students are urged to carefully read the directions on the reverse of the form and complete it correctly. We will not accept incomplete forms. If phony documents are presented, not only will the scholarship be revoked, but legal action may also be pursued.

How to Apply for the BEEF Scholarships
Scholarships for Categories A and B (DOMS and IOMS) will only be approved by the institution’s head by post.
Application forms and instructions are distributed to the heads of institutions/focal individuals. The scholarship form is also accessible on the BEEF website.
Documents Required
The scholarship application form must be submitted with the following documents:
- Copy of the DMC/Semester/Class result confirmed by the head of the institute or the focal person.
- Please provide a copy of the student’s CNIC, B-form, or smart card, as well as a copy of the parent or guardian’s CNIC.
- Please include a copy of your local domicile and, if appropriate, a disability certificate.
- Computerized copy of pay stubs for children of BS-16 workers
- Required papers for appropriate groups (father’s death certificate for orphans, religious certificate for minorities,
BEEF Scholarships Benefits
The following rate of the stipend will be given to each category
- Matric candidates will get a Scholarship stipend rate of @1000 per month/Annual stipend of @12000 for each student.
- Intermediate & Equivalent will get a Scholarship stipend rate of @1500 per month/Annual stipend of @24000 for each student.
- Technical Education Covering Diploma of Associate Engineering (Dae) Of 3 Years Program will get Scholarship stipend rate @1500 per month/Annual stipend @24000 for each student.
- BS or Equivalent Program of 1-4/5 Years will get a Scholarship stipend rate of @5000 per month / Annual stipend of @60000 for each student.
- Master or Equivalent Program of 2 Years/4 Semesters will get a Scholarship stipend rate of @5000 per month and an Annual stipend of @60000 for each student.
- MS/MPhil for coursework completion only will get a Scholarship stipend rate of @5000 per month/ Annual stipend of @60000 for each student.
