The Matriculation Supplementary Examination 2023 results have been formally issued by the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE).
The results of the second annual examination, which were announced by Chairman Mohammad Adnan Khan and Controller of Examinations Professor Sajid Mehmood Farooqui, showed that 13,275 applicants in total took the test.
There were 4,526 female students and 8,654 male pupils among them. Overall, 37.1% of candidates passed the test.
Analyzing the data, the chairman emphasized that female students had a success rate of 45.65%, which was higher than male students’ 32.62% success rate.
Students have been notified via the SMS service, and the results are currently available on the board’s website. There is hope for individuals who failed or received compartmental findings.
Beginning on March 1, 2024, they will be able to take part in the yearly matriculation exams.
The BISE started accepting online applications for admission on November 15 in an effort to increase transparency.
In addition, the news that a grading system will be used to show the matric results the following year represents a change from the current evaluation process.
