According to a report, chairmen of five secondary and higher secondary education boards in Sindh have been forbidden to visit the offices.
Following the court orders, chairmen were prevented from coming to the offices by the secretary of the Sindh Universities and Boards Department.
Those prevented from entering the offices included the chairman of the boards in Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, and Larkana.

A court suspended the announcement of chairmen’s appointments a few days ago, ruling that it was unlawful to nominate chairs without first forming a search committee.
The assistant secretary of the Universities and Boards Department instructed that the court orders be followed to the letter.
