The Religious Ministry further stated that applicants will be notified of the draw results via SMS.
Previously, the Asian country did not extend the deadline for submitting applications under the standard Hajj plan.
Approximately 66,000 people have applied for the normal Hajj plan as of December 22. Pakistan will receive 180,000 sets in 2024, with a portion of them going to private Hajj operators.

The administration chose digitalization for Hajj 2024, offering pilgrims a mobile application that will work without Internet access. This year, this unique software will provide pilgrims with a variety of services, including a complaint lodging option.
The government also developed an unprecedented 20 to 21-day short Hajj package, intending to make the Islamic requirement financially accessible to Pakistanis.
