The family composition is provided by the Family Registration Certificate (FRC), an identifying document. The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) is the organization that issued the document.
The three classifications recorded beneath are where you can apply for the NADRA New Family Registration Certificate:
By Birth: Your family’s information, including those of your parents and siblings, will be recorded on the certificate that is created.

By Marriage: Your family’s information, including that of your partner and children, will be listed on the certificate that is produced.
By Adoption: Your family’s information, including your guardian’s, will be listed on the certificate that is produced.
An individual’s information won’t show up in FRC on the off chance that they are not registered with NADRA and don’t have a 13-digit ID number.
Where to Submit an FRC Application?
You can apply for your FRC via the Pak-Identity website or by going to the NADRA Registration Center (NRC).

Visit the nearest NADRA Enlistment Center (NRC) to apply for a Family Enrollment Endorsement (FRC).
The strategies that you will be following at the NRC are as per the following:
By Birth
- A token will be given to you.
- Minors must have their pictures taken.
- You will input and examine your data.
- The necessary FRC will be printed and delivered to you
By Marriage
- If a child is less than eighteen, please be aware that you must bring every youngster who has to be added to the FRC with you.
- A token will be given to you.
- All of the kids will have their photos taken.
- You will input and examine your data.
- The necessary FRC will be printed and delivered to you.
- If youngsters reach the age of 18 or older
- A token will be given to you.
- You will input and examine your data.
- The necessary FRC will be printed and delivered to you.
By Adoption
- A child should be adopted and need to be present,
- A token will be given to you.
- Minors must have their pictures taken.
- The adopted children’s photo will be taken (the youngster must be under 21 years old per adoption regulations).
- You will input and examine your data.
- The necessary FRC will be printed and delivered to you.

For both standard and executive categories, the FRC cost is Rs 1,000.
