He was speaking on Wednesday at the Punjab University Institute of Information Management’s national conference on “Emerging Issues in Libraries & Information Management (EILIM).”

Professor Dr. Nosheen Fatima Waraich, the director of the Institute of Information Management, Professor Dr. Abdul Hameed from the University of Management, Professor Amy VanScoy from the University at Buffalo, New York, along with several faculty members and students were in attendance at this particular occasion.
