According to the notification issued by the government of the Punjab School Education Department on 12th September 2023 relating to amendments in the previous Retirement Notification 2023 And Retirement Rules of the School Education Department.
Amendments in Previous Retirement Notification 2023 and Retirement Rules of School Education Department Punjab
The previous government of the Punjab issued a notification on 1st June 2023 relating to Amendments’ Leaving Rules Pertaining to Leave Encasement Punjab 2023; according to this notification leave encasement payment was given on the starting basic pay of the government servants.
The School Education Department dispatches a letter to The Chairman, of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) about updating/amendments in existing Retirement notification on SED-HRMIS.

The Finance Department issued a notification no.FD.SR.II/2-97/2019 dated 01.06.2023 on subject matter. Hence, the School Education Department requests PITB to update/amend existing retirement notifications on the SED-HRMIS system vide & no. SO (SE-II) 18-80/2021 dated 07.08.2023.
As PITB updates the notification present on SED-HRMIS, the civil servants shall according to the new notification.
They shall follow updated terms. Previous notification is not valid. ..So, all the civil servants have to submit their applications accordingly.
