The London International Programmes (University of London-London School of Economics, Royal Holloway and Laws), University of Hertfordshire, University for the Creative Arts, Higher National Diplomas, IMBA, and NCC UK held their annual Graduation Ceremony last day, according to a press release from the Millennium Universal College (TMUC).
Held at a local hotel in Islamabad, the ceremony served as a means of honoring and celebrating the dedication of the following graduates:
University of Hertfordshire (business administration and computing), University of London (honors degree in law, economics, business, management, finance, and social sciences); University for the Creative Arts (fashion and film and digital arts); HN Diplomas (business, computing, fashion and media); International MBA; and IFD -NCC graduates.
Saad Wasim, Regional Advisor, South Asia, University of London; Waqar Shah, Deputy General Manager, Pearson – Pakistan; Mr. James Hampson, Country Director, British Council, Pakistan; and Mr. Nasir Shah, Director General Quality Assurance, Higher Education Commission (HEC) were the guests of honor.

Mr. Waseem Ajmal Chaudhry, Federal Secretary, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
Among the notable attendees at the ceremony were prominent leaders from academia, industry, and the media as well as the parents of the graduating students. At the graduation ceremony, around 1400 students and parents were present.
Alumni appreciation awards were given to distinguished alumni in acknowledgment of their outstanding contributions and accomplishments in their fields.
In his remarks, Dr. Faisal Mushtaq TI, Founder & CEO of TMUC Pakistan, praised the work of the TMUC professors and staff that are involved in the degree and diploma programs in addition to congratulating the happy parents of the class of 2023.
The exceptional graduates talked about their great experiences obtaining an international qualification in Pakistan, in addition to revealing their remarkable academic route at TMUC.
Chief Guest Mr. Waseem Ajmal addressed the assembly and commended the TMUC Leadership for providing its students with an incredible opportunity through overseas programs.
He congratulated Dr. Faisal Mushtaq TI for his excellent event planning and commended him for introducing transnational education from prominent foreign universities to Pakistan.
In his remarks, he emphasized the need for overseas graduates to establish connections with colleges throughout the world.
Throughout the event, Mr. James Hampson, the Country Director for Pakistan for the British Council, expressed his deep admiration for the graduates. In particular, he expressed his gratitude to TMUC for its outstanding ten-year dedication to offering foreign education in Pakistan.
The distinguished Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, Founder & CEO Dr. Faisal Mushtaq TI, and Dean TMUC Ms. Rabbea Irfan awarded the graduating class their degrees as the Master of Ceremony read out their outstanding academic achievements.
The institution hosted a cake-cutting event to honor students who succeeded in both extracurricular and academic endeavors.
The Graduation Ceremony symbolizes the leadership of TMUC’s pride in its faculty, staff, and students and emphasizes its dedication to imparting the core information, values, attitudes, and abilities to graduating millennials. The goal of this instruction is to equip students to confront global challenges head-on in the twenty-first century.
