According to Professor Dr. Khalid Mehmood, Vice Chancellor of Punjab University, Pakistan’s advancement depends on agricultural development.
He made this statement at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at an agricultural technology session.
Dean Prof. Dr. Saleem Haider, a former advisor to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja, and other attendees took part in the program.

Speaking at the seminar, Shaza Fatima Khawaja, a former advisor to Pakistan’s prime minister, stated that the country can only advance if its agriculture does. To this end, students must play a critical role, with a particular focus on education.
Prof. Dr. Saleem Haider, who occasionally spoke, stated that the finest people to mentor students in the agricultural sciences are their teachers. According to him, Agricultural Sciences has earned a spot in the QS Ranking as a result.
