All Kinds Of Transfers/Postings/Adjustments/Recruitments/Surrendering Are Strictly BANNED Until General Elections In the Islamic Republic Of Pakistan In Federal/Provincial All Departments.
After the end of the current democratic government tenure in Pakistan, the provincial and federal assemblies were dissolved under Article 58(1) and Article 112(1) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Provincial Assemblies were already dissolved in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab and Provincial Assemblies were dissolved in Balochistan and Sindh on August 11th and 12th.
The federal government assemblies were dissolved on the 9th of August.

According to Article 218(3) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, it is now the responsibility of the Election Commission of Pakistan to conduct the next election in a fair and justice manner and to take measures to avoid corrupt practices.
Thus, it becomes the responsibility of the Election Commission of Pakistan to take the necessary steps to conduct the election smoothly.
Keeping this in mind, the Election Commission of Pakistan is using its powers to take various steps to give a level playing field to all political parties and political candidates. In this way, the candidates or political party will not get any biased support and it will be a completely impartial election.
In this regard all the various necessary steps taken by the Election Commission of Pakistan, their orders have been conveyed to the Federal and Provincial caretaker Government of Pakistan which are as follows.
- To assist the election commission to hold elections by law as provided under section 230(1) (b) of the elections act 2017.
- To ensure the compliance of all the notifications, directives, and provisions as laid down in Section 230 of the act ibid.
- Not to post or transfer any public official after the issuance of this notification under the Federal Government and the provincial governments without prior approval in writing of the election commission as laid down in clause 2(f) of Section 230 of the elections act 2017.
- Ensure that all kinds of recruitments in any ministry, division, department, or institution under the federal, provincial government and local governments are banned with immediate effect, except with the prior approval of the commission and except recruitments by the federal and provincial public service commission and those government organization where test/interviews have already been conducted before this day.
