The 20th JCAT exam for postgraduate admission (The centralized Admission Test) of King Edward Medical University (KEMU) was held effectively. This is a very important and crucial step in the admission cycle for postgraduate medical courses in all medical institutes across the region.
To facilitate the students of different regions of the Punjab couple of admission test centers were announced in Multan and Lahore so that candidates can easily reach in time at their designated admission test centers.

The admission test was held at the same time in the allocated examination centers in Lahore and Multan.
Interim government provincial health minister Dr. Javed Akaram made a visit to the assessment community, specifically checking on the plans set up for conducting admission tests smoothly.
He communicated his satisfaction with the arrangements, featuring the significance of this admission test in guaranteeing the admission of qualified and talented candidates for postgraduate medical programs.
KEMU Vice Chancellor Prof. Mahmood Ayaz, Prof. Haroon Hamid, and different authorities visited the admission test centers. They by and large adulated the plans, considering them acceptable.
A sum of 6,162 competitors partook in this relatively large-scale admission test, with 4,191 candidates showing up in Lahore, and 1,971 in Multan.
Moreover, 254 foreign graduate candidates also participated in this admission test, mirroring the worldwide acknowledgment and significance of the JCAT test.
