To register people under the age of 18, the Pakistani government introduced the Child Registration Certificate, sometimes referred to as the B-Form.
A child’s ID paper is a fundamental right that allows him to be registered in government records. It is also required for many other purposes, such as school admittance.
All Pakistani children must obtain their B-Form to receive basic services and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is in charge of making this process easier.

The government has recently taken various steps to make these documents more easily accessible to the general public. B-Form is issued from the place of origin and can be obtained by presenting documentation from the union council attesting to the child’s birth.
NADRA B-Form Fee
As of December 2023, in NADRA B-Form Fee update normal application fee for a B-Form is 50 rupees, and NADRA provides executive services as well in which they charge 500 rupees,
B-Form Requirements:
- Parent’s valid ID card
- Birth Certificate
- Nikah Naama (Marriage Certificate)
Application Procedure:
- Visit the closest NADRA office to obtain a B-Form token.
- You must go through the photo process.
- The applicant’s signature and fingerprints will be obtained by the operator.
- The necessary data must be submitted, and a printed form will be sent.
- Obtain a printed copy of your application.
- Send the form to the relevant NRC, and it will be completed.
- Delivery Time for B-form: It will require one week. When compared to other documents, the B-form processes quickly.
