The federal cabinet has authorized the regularization of daily wage teachers who have been working for the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) at schools and institutions for the previous ten years.
The decision was made after the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training presented a report to the cabinet, requesting that personnel who passed the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) test for grade-16 and grade-17 positions be regularized.
Around 60 of the 300 daily pay instructors who took the FPSC test were unable to pass.
