The government of Punjab is now working for a safe and clean environment.
For that purpose, the government has demanded that school administrators for an application for planting trees as part of an ongoing program that involves schools in Lahore and throughout Punjab.
It is required to upload pictures of tree plantations and of activities that are conducted in schools for the plantation of trees on that designated application.

They should also upload information on trees that are already planted in schools and their growth progress.
All school heads have received a letter from the School Education Department directing them to follow the guidelines on this subject.
On the occasion of the International Day of Forests, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz urged the public to support the Plant for Pakistan initiative.
These all efforts are just for the sake of a clean and healthy atmosphere. More trees will clean the air which will lead to good health for people who intake the air.
