The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) issues Pakistani residents with National Identity Cards (NICs).
Modern technology is combined with clearly established business principles to ensure its legitimacy and authenticity. Throughout the nation, the distinct 13-digit identifying number is well-known.
It is the first necessity for people as obtaining certain documents—such as a license, NTN, bank account, passport, and mobile phone—is required. All Pakistani citizens who are at least eighteen years old are qualified for NIC.
After the computerized NIC expires, the possessor is required to renew the document. The cost schedule for ID card renewals is provided below.
NADRA Smart ID Card Renewal Fee
The standard renewal charge for a smart computerized national identity card is Rs. 750 as of December 2023. The fee for urgent services is Rs. 1,500, and the fee for executive services is Rs. 2,500.
