Eligibility for Senior Station Assistant

  • 18 to 25 years (Male/Female/Transgender). However general relaxation in age will be given as per the policy of Punjab Govt.
  • The candidate must have the relevant district national domicile and NADRA identity card.
  • BS or BSc with an Intermediate in Computer Sciences (ICS) from a recognized board will be preferred.
  • Three years experience in relevant field

Eligibility for Police Station Assistant

  • 18 to 25 years (Male/Female/Transgender). However general relaxation in age will be given as per the policy of Punjab Govt.
  • The candidate must have the relevant district national domicile and NADRA identity card.
  • BS or BSc with an Intermediate in Computer Sciences (ICS) from a recognized board will be preferred.
  • A computer Diploma from a recognized institute with 25-30 typing speed will be required.

How to Apply

  • The completed form along with their attested credentials can be submitted to the concerned District Police Line.
  • An entry test fee of Rs.2 thousand has to be submitted along with the application
  • After verification of the documents of all the candidates, the list of successful candidates will be uploaded on the Punjab Police website and will be displayed on District Police Line.

Instructions to Candidates

  • 15% quota will be reserved for women, 5% quota for minority candidates, and 3% quota for persons with disabilities.
  • Candidates belonging to District Murree Tlagang Kot Adu and Wazirabad can submit applications from the District Police Line of their previous districts Rawalpindi Chakwal Muzaffargarh and Gujranwala.
  • Govt. and Semi-Government employees also submit NOC obtained from their respective departments.
  • Candidates will be initially conducted a written test and qualified candidates will be subjected to a skills test in the next stage out of which the qualified candidates will be called for an interview at a ratio of 3:1 at the location of the skills test and interview. A notice will be displayed on the concerned police lines.
  • Candidates who want to take additional marks based on a family claim as per prevailing policy Martyred, Disability Retired, and Present Service. They will attach all documents related to their claim like a copy of the pension book, retirement order, and certificate obtained from the concerned district or unit head along with their application.
  • Any expenses incurred by the candidate at various stages of recruitment will not be reimbursed.
  • At the time of final selection, the candidates will undergo a medical examination from the provincial-authorized hospital, failing which the candidate will be declared ineligible.
  • The department reserves the right to cancel the advertisement in part, change it and also reject any candidate without assigning any reason.
  • Advertisement is being published after the approval of the Provincial Cabinet of Punjab and the Election Commission of Pakistan.
