GITEX Global 2023
An annual technology expo Gitex Global, now in its 43rd year, started on October 16 and runs through October 20. The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and Dubai Harbour, two enormous sites, have hosted the event this year, which has grown tremendously.
More than 6,000 exhibitors will be hosted at DWTC. The world’s top founders, investors, and corporate innovators, including those working on the building of a sustainable future and COP28, now have infinite opportunities thanks to Expand North Star, presented by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, which has a new venue in Dubai Harbour.
By bringing together the best minds and innovative business enterprises from around the globe, GITEX GLOBAL aims to promote business, the economy, society, and culture.

Companies and startups are participating in a major technology show currently being held in Dubai.
According to representatives of the Ministry of IT & Telecom (MoITT), 30 startups and 56 Pakistani enterprises will attend GITEX Global 2023.
26 Pakistani companies are officially participating, while 29 IT companies are participating in the international event on a private basis.
Caretaker Minister for IT and Telecom Dr. Umar Saif has also arrived in Dubai, according to MoITT officials, to represent Pakistan at the GITEX. Along with the Federal Minister in charge of IT, participants in the event include representatives from the Ministry of IT, Ignite, and the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB).

These businesses are engaged in work in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), Metaverse, Blockchain, Â Agritech, Education Technology, etc., according to MoITT. The Pakistan Pavilion at GITEX Global will be opened by the Interim Minister for IT and Telecom.
Over 80 Pakistani enterprises, startups, and other delegates from Pakistan are attending the event, according to Zohaib Khan, chairman of the Pakistan Software Houses Association (PASHA), in a conversation with ProPakistani.
He claimed that the GITEX Global 2023 will have a sizable Tech Destination Pakistan Connexxion Lodge.
