Punjab Launches Complaint Helpline for Citizen

If any of the citizens of Punjab has a complaint related to anything, now they can approach the Chief Minister of Pakistan. They are encouraged to submit their complaint using the helpline of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz at 0800-02345.

At the press conference held recently to discuss the Ramazan Nigahban Package, Chief Minister Punjab announced the launch of CM Maryam Nawaz’s complaint helpline.

The public can use this helpline to register complaints or offer feedback regarding the Ramazan package, and all complaints will be addressed promptly and resolved in a matter of hours.

In addition, you can register complaints online through the Punjab government’s portal by registering on the relevant page. CM Maryam also announced the creation of Ramadan bazaars in each district, where necessary goods will be offered at a discounted price, guaranteeing accessibility for all.

This great step is taken by the government for the progress and betterment of the country. The major purpose of it is to provide basic rights to citizens and to realize that their participation is necessary for improving the condition of Pakistan.
