The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced the Chief Minister’s Education Endowment Fund Scholarship 2024. CMEEF fellowship is a fully-funded scholarship for undergraduate and postgraduate students that covers all educational fees as well as a monthly stipend of PKR: 5000/-.
The CMEEF scholarship is a merit-based scholarship program administered by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Higher Education, Archives, and Libraries Department. Candidates for BS, BE, MS, MPhil, and Ph.D. programs in the listed topics and institutions will be eligible for the scholarships.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa residents studying undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the approved universities are eligible to apply for the scholarship. For both programs, candidates must apply directly to the chosen university. The scholarship will be canceled if incorrect information is provided. Direct applications to the management unit office will not be considered.
Scholarships are available through the CM Education Endowment Fund Scholarship.

- Eligible for admission to “Approved institutions”
- Not receiving any additional scholarships
- The father/guardian’s monthly income from all sources shall not exceed PKR: 100,000.
- Bond/undertaking provision
CMEEF KP scholarship eligibility criteria for postgraduate programs
- Only Khyber Pakhtunkhwa residents are eligible.
- For MS/MPhil/Ph.D. programs, meeting entrance standards (merit) or having a valid offer of admission in a recognized discipline/institution.
- Minimum GRE / GAT (General or Subject) score of 50% for MS / MPhil, and minimum GRE / GAT (General or Subject) score of 60% for Ph.D.
- The applicant must be under the age of 50 on the last day of receipt of the application, as publicized by the institution.
- Must have a first-rate academic record (minimum of first division or CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.75/5)
- Not receiving any additional scholarships
- The father/guardian’s monthly income from all sources shall not exceed PKR: 100,000.
- Bond/undertaking provision
Important Instructions
- The candidate shall apply directly to the selected institution for both programs
- Provision of wrong false information shall lead to cancellation of the scholarship
- Application submitted directly in the management unit of Shell not be entertained
- Selected universities/Institutions are required to forward recommendations completed in all aspects for undergraduate programs on or before 15 March 2024 and for graduate programs on or before 15 April 2024
