The National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) is given to Pakistani nationals living overseas who also happen to be citizens of a nation with which Pakistan shares dual nationality.
Any Pakistani national may apply for NICOP and visit the country without a visa.
The following countries’ citizens who are Pakistani nationals are qualified to receive Smart NICOPs: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Egypt, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, the Netherlands (Holland), New Zealand, and Sweden.
In addition to their parents’ nationality from the other state, children of Pakistani parents who were born and raised in Germany also hold German nationality.
After receiving the resumption certificate, Norwegian citizens who have already renounced their Pakistani nationality may apply for Smart NICOP.

How to Apply Through the NADRA Website
Through the Nadra website, applicants from the aforementioned nations may also apply for the NICOP.

- Urgent (23 days) = USD 57
- Executive (7 days)= USD 75
