Iran Visa Free Travel Countries List Unveiled, is Pakistan Included In It?

Iran has proclaimed visa-free access for 33 nations, signifying a huge attempt to “open the country’s doors to the rest of the world.” This unilateral decision is consistent with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts’ aims.

The Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts, Ezzatollah Zarghami, emphasized the decision as a worldwide statement, demonstrating Iran’s willingness to welcome tourists from all over the world and enrich their experience with convenient and pleasurable amenities.

According to the minister, the fundamental goal of this step is to remove unfavorable impressions and fight the phenomena of ‘Iranophobia’ produced by the global arrogant system. It is a purposeful move to counteract disinformation and promote a favorable picture of the country.

Minister Zarghami said that his ministry first recommended visa-free entrance for 60 nations, but the cabinet approved the policy for 33 of them. Notably, Iranian residents will now be able to go to Saudi Arabia for Umrah on regular flights beginning December 19.

This is a historic step since it is the first time in eight years that Iranians would be permitted to conduct Umrah in Saudi Arabia, suggesting that ties between the two countries are improving.

According to the semi-official Fars News Agency, aircraft will fly from eleven airports around Iran to take Iranian pilgrims to Mecca, with the first group slated to travel on December 19. This beneficial development not only strengthens cultural and religious links but also adds to the larger story of diplomatic reconciliation and openness.
