The NICOP card is an identification document used by Pakistanis living abroad to stay registered in their motherland. The registration paperwork has been provided to all eligible Pakistani residents living outside the country.
With NICOP, Pakistanis residing in other countries can gain visa-free entrance, rights protection, and full recognition as ordinary citizens. It also facilitates the creation of a bank account in Pakistan and the ability to purchase and sell property in the Asian country.
In the case of dual nationality, all citizens can apply for Smart NICOP for the selected country and travel to their original country without a visa. The passport number is an essential need for young children when applying for newborn baby paperwork.
