An eligible Pakistani citizen who resides or has references abroad may apply for a Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP), a registration document, from NADRA, which is the authorized body in this regard.
In the event of dual nationality, any Pakistani citizen may apply for Smart NICOP and visit the country without a visa. If the newborn was born overseas, the passport number is a necessary prerequisite for applying for this document.
Pakistani nationals living in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and other nations can visit any Nadra center in the nation to pick up their new Smart NICOP.
