In a much-anticipated announcement, organizers of private Hajj Booking in Pakistan are preparing to begin bookings for the spiritual journey of a lifetime, the Hajj 2024.
This disclosure was revealed during a momentous news conference on Thursday, led by the renowned Prime Minister’s adviser on Religious Affairs, Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi, in the presence of the esteemed office bearers of the Hajj Organizers Association of Pakistan.
Local and foreign pilgrims will have the opportunity to reserve their places for this esteemed pilgrimage beginning Friday, with the booking window open until February 25.
And that’s not all – there’s a ray of hope for an extension, with Ashrafi speculating that the application deadline might be extended by a month, thanks to the private Hajj organizers’ platform.
With a quota of 89,604 pilgrims, including a significant 50% allocation of 44,802 pilgrims under the Sponsorship Hajj Scheme, the stage is set for an unforgettable journey of faith and devotion.

In his passionate address, Ashrafi emphasized the importance of assisting Pakistani overseas pilgrims in seamlessly remitting funds through local financial institutions, proposing the use of International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) for transfers into private Hajj organizers’ accounts in Saudi Arabia.
Recognizing the need for assistance, the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has developed a dedicated helpline in partnership with HOAP to provide round-the-clock support to pilgrims.
Gratitude is offered to both the Pakistani and Saudi governments for their forward-thinking preparations, which ensured state-of-the-art facilities for pilgrim comfort and convenience.
In a strategic adjustment, each Haj organizer will now manage a smaller group of 500 pilgrims, down from the previous 2,000, assuring a more personalized and attentive experience.
This method ensures job prospects for private Haj organizers while emphasizing a cordial partnership between the government and the business sector.
Furthermore, HOAP has implemented a strong self-accountability structure inside private Haj organizers, assuring prompt settlement of concerns and strict consequences for any misbehavior, putting pilgrim welfare first and foremost.
Meanwhile, HOAP Chairman Jamal Khan Tarakai announced preparations for a comprehensive training program designed for pilgrims around the country.
This project seeks to provide prospective pilgrims with the information and abilities required to conduct their religious ceremonies with ease and comfort once in the Kingdom, encouraging a spiritually rewarding experience for all.
