I am sharing with you the latest announcement made by the Higher Education Commission in which it has declared the schedule for the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test USAT 2023.
The last date to apply for USAT is October 17, 2023. HEC USAT will likely be conducted on October 29, 2023.
The Undergraduate Studies Admission Test USAT will be conducted by the Education Testing Council (And so on) for admissions at the undergrad level in universities working all over Pakistan.
The USAT is based on the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) example and covers generally known disciplines of Engineering, Medication, IT, Management, and Sociologies at the undergrad admission level.

The candidates who are subsequent to qualifying for USAT would be qualified for admission in all Universities of Pakistan like the SAT.
Eligibility Criteria of the Registration for USAT (2023)
- Candidates who have passed successfully the intermediate-level examination (HSSC)
- Students who have participated in the recently conducted examination and are anticipating results
- Aspirant candidates having 12 years/equivalent education in any subject
Breakdown of Marks and Distribution for the HEC USAT Test
PART 1
- Number of test items (75 MCQs) Total Number of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be 75
- The time allowed to attempt all questions will be 1 hour and 40 minutes
- Verbal reasoning questions will be 35.
- Quantitative reasoning questions will be 40.
PART II
- The time allowed to attempt PART 2 will be 40 minutes
- It Includes Essay writing skills of 400-500 words (either in English or Urdu) and it will have 25 marks
- The passing percentage for the USAT test is 50%.
Necessary Details of Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT 2023)

How to Apply for HEC USAT 2023
- The submission process application has two main steps: To make a candidate profile by utilizing the “My Profile” segment and utilizing the “Undergraduate Studies Admission Test” links on the menu board on the left-hand sidebar of the online digital admission portal
- Just SUBMITTED applications will be considered for USAT Test and applications in SAVE or Deficient mode won’t be engaged.
- The test charge for the Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) is PKR 1,750/ – per competitor.
- Students will have to pay fees by means of 1Link 1bill receipt partaking banks/ATM/Web banking/Mobil Application/EasyPessa/JazCash/UPaisa.
- After You have chosen 1Link 1bill service, open/sign in to the mobile application, and tick on bill payment or payment services
- Click on 1bill receipt payment services and enter the purchaser number created by the ETC online digital portal. When you see the subtleties, pay the fee.
- Click on confirm online installment on the ETC dashboard.
- The test charge is non-refundable and non-adaptable.
