The National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), which is issued to eligible Pakistani citizens who reside abroad or have references there, is issued by NADRA, the authorized institution.
Any Pakistani citizen who holds dual nationality is eligible to apply for NICOP and visit the country without a visa. If a newborn baby is born overseas, it must have a passport number to apply for NICOP.
How and Where to Apply for NICOP?
You have two options for applying for your NICOP: the Pak-Identity website or the NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Center for NADRA Registration (NRC)
- To apply for NICOP, visit the NADRA Registration Center (NRC) that is closest to you.
- The procedures that you will be following at the NRC are as follows:
- A token will be given to you.
- Your picture will be taken.
- Your signature and fingerprints will be collected.
- Your necessary data entry will be completed, and the form will be printed for your inspection.
- A printed copy of your application will be given to you.

NADRA New NICOP Fees for Malaysia
NADRA NICOP Fee for Germany varies according to your mode of application and is divided into categories.
Normal: If you are applying through NRC then the normal fee is 5, 820 Rs. But if you are applying online then it would be 20 USD.
Urgent: If you are applying through NRC then the urgent fee is 8,730 Rs. But if you are applying online then it would be 30 USD.
Executive: If you are applying through NRC then the executive fee is 11,640 Rs. But if you are applying online then it would be 40 USD.
Pakistan’s New NADRA NICOP Fee for Germany
NADRA NICOP Fee for Germany varies according to your mode of application and is divided into categories.
Normal: If you are applying through NRC then the normal fee is 11,340 Rs. But if you are applying online then it would be 38 USD.
Urgent: If you are applying through NRC then an urgent fee is 16,580 Rs. But if you are applying online then it would be 57 USD.
Executive: If you are applying through NRC then the executive fee is 21,820 Rs. But if you are applying online then it would be 75 USD.
