The mechanism for temporary registration of mobile devices used by abroad Pakistanis and foreign nationals is completely functioning, and visitors to Pakistan can use their cell phones for a limited time.
Temporary Registration Facilitation permits tourists to register personal mobile phones tax-free for up to three months.
According to the most recent update, Overseas Pakistanis or foreign nationals can register their mobile phone for 120 days from the date of their entry into the country.
Those who wish to utilize the Temporary Registration Facilitation system are urged to apply using their credentials such as a passport, CNIC, or NICOP. PTA shared the DIRBS system method.

Go to signup and create an account
Choose Temporary Registration and proceed
Fill out the form with your personal information and password, then click the submit button. These details should be the same as those supplied by the applicant for immigration.
You will get confirmation by email and SMS. Follow the link in the SMS/Mail to activate your account.
When you visit the portal with your login credentials, you will see a declaration form and must agree to the Terms & Conditions. Select the ‘Temporary Registration for Overseas Pakistanis/Foreign Nationals’ option.
Enter your ID card or passport number and your arrival and departure dates. Enter your cell network provider and submit to generate a six-digit OTP, which you must enter in the OTP area to activate your account.
