To maintain ownership transparency, it also offers services for automobile registration throughout the province. Citizens can obtain automobile registration cards at the excise department.
When operating a vehicle, owners must always have the excise registration card on them, as security personnel may request it to confirm the vehicle’s status.

- First, you must go to the Excise Department’s official website: Excess Insurance (punjab.gov.pk).
- In the menu bar, select the “E-registration Card” button.
- A new page will appear https://vrcentpunjab.com/card.
- Before pressing the search button, you must enter the chassis number and the registration number of the car.
- You will receive the e-registration card once the verification is finished.
