After its recent debut on Android, Microsoft has extended the reach of its state-of-the-art AI chatbot, Copilot, by bringing it into iOS and iPadOS. By doing this, the user base is expanded and more people may take advantage of AI’s capabilities.
The Microsoft copilot AI app from OpenAI is functionally mirrored in the Copilot app for iPhone. It provides easy access to Microsoft Copilot, formerly known as Bing Chat, for iOS users.

The application presents itself as a flexible AI support tool by making it simple to compose emails, ask questions, and summarize information.
Of particular note is its integration with the text-to-image generator DALL-E3, which enables users to create images right within the application. Suno was just added to the app’s list of supported AI-generated music creation features.
Copilot has a major advantage over competing AI messengers thanks to its use of GPT-4, the newest large-language model from OpenAI. Rebranding Bing Chat to Copilot is part of this calculated move, which is in line to provide a stand-alone experience akin to ChatGPT.
The decision to reposition indicates a dedication to providing users with a special and focused platform for engagement.
To further emphasize Copilot’s independence and set it apart from Bing, Microsoft introduced a distinct web experience for it.
An important step has been taken in Microsoft’s effort to offer cutting-edge AI solutions on a variety of platforms with the release of the Copilot app on the Apple App Store. On their iOS devices, users may directly experience GPT-4’s increased capabilities, text-to-image integration, and Copilot’s AI support.
