Pak Hajj Mobile App Launched to Facilitate Pilgrims

To streamline Hajj operations, the National Information Technology Board (NITB) has formally launched the “Pak Hajj mobile app,” a digital project for the Hajj.

The application was jointly introduced by Aniq Ahmed, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, and Dr. Umar Saif, Caretaker Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications.

Dr. Umar Saif underlined the importance of the Pak Hajj app, characterizing it as an impressive achievement that streamlines pilgrims’ access to vital information with a single click.

Furthermore, he observed that the nation’s digitization process has accelerated, attributed to the State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) guidance.

This action is part of a larger initiative to improve and update digital services for religious purposes, especially the important Hajj pilgrims.
