PTA Surveys Quality of Service in 17 Cities

In seventeen (17) urban communities all over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Sindh, the Pakistan Media Telecommunication Authority (PTA) directed an Independent Quality of Service (QoS) survey to assess the viability and type of administrations presented by Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) to their customer base.

Furthermore, seven (07) urban communities in Gilgit Baltistan participated in a consolidated QoS survey with CMOs during the second quarter, which ran from July to September of 2023.
