Authorities in Lahore continued to crack down on people driving without a license, and the City Traffic Police (CTP) issued a record number of new driving permits.
Due to the large number of applications, Lahore Chief Traffic Officer (CTO), Amara Athar, lets individuals Apply Online from Home for Renewal of Learner Permits.
Lahore Traffic Police announced an addition to the previously existing Online Fresher Learner Permit facility.

Aside from learner permits, the online services will also comprise license renewal, duplicate requests, and overseas licenses, providing respite to residents who were previously compelled to stand in long lines.
The online services seek to improve efficiency and simplify operations.
