Residents of Islamabad may now obtain their driving licenses from the comfort of their own homes, thanks to the Capital Police Department’s Virtual Driving License facility.
According to a public relations official, the online service was implemented on the orders of Islamabad Capital City Police official (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan.
The officer went on to say that the Virtual Driving License was created exclusively for inhabitants of the federal capital. On the official website, citizens may obtain their virtual licenses by providing their National Identity Card number, driving license number, and expiration date.
